By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) of Button Capital Limited (“Button”), the pages contained on it, and the information and material contained or described herein (together the “Information”), you acknowledge your agreement with, and understanding of, the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”).  Button retains the right to make changes to the Site, including the Terms, at any time.  You acknowledge that you understand that the Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Button that governs your access and use of the Site. Each time you use the Site, your use indicates your full acceptance of and agreement to abide by the Terms in their current form. If you do not agree to the Terms, you agree that your SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Purpose of Information

The Site, including any and all information and content on the Site (the “Information”), is made available to you solely for informational purposes. Non-Solicitation 

Material presented in the Site is for general information only and is not intended to provide specific investment advice or recommendations for any purchase or sale of any specific security.  Due to, among other things, the volatile nature of the markets and the investment areas discussed herein, they may only be suitable for certain investors.  Parties should independently investigate any investment area or manager, and should consult with qualified investment, legal, and tax professionals before making any investment. Any offer of securities may be made only by means of a formal confidential private offering memorandum.

Use of the Website / Use of Information

The individual user shall not use the Site in any way that is fraudulent or unlawful. The Information is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.

IP Rights

The Site including all Information is owned by or licensed to Button and is subject to and protected by various intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks, brand names and other proprietary rights whether under contract, statute or any similar provisions (“IP Rights”). Subject to the above, individual users are entitled to view the Information on the Site and to copy and print such information for personal use. Individual users are not permitted to sell or distribute or otherwise deal with the Information on the Site or any deviations of such information without the prior written consent of Button.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Statute of Limitation; and Language

By accessing the Site, you agree that any claim or dispute related to access to, or use of, the Site or arising under the Terms will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to the conflicts of law principals thereof.  You also agree that by accessing the Site you shall submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Hong Kong relating to any claim or dispute in the foregoing.

Content of the Site may be published in languages other than English. In the event of any conflict between English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail. Button shall have no liability for any incorrect or inaccurate translation appearing on the Button or for any damage incurred.

Button reserves the right to update or modify the Terms at any time without prior notice.  If Button determines in its sole discretion that a violation of the Terms has occurred, we may pursue any legal remedies at our disposal.  However, the failure of Button to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  In the event that any provision of the Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
